Overall starting weight (9/2011) – 155(ish)
Current weight: 136.6
Total loss: 18.4lbs lost

I didn’t link back to what I was last week because well…I didn’t feel like it. It’s probably about the same as it was before I went to Texas.

Can we just talk about that for a minute here? That’s almost 20 lbs.

I was kind of scared to have gained like five lbs after this past weekend, but when I got home this week I hit the ground running and stuck to my plan so far (2 for 2 this week!)

10 lb challenge

Back in January I started the 10 lb Challenge which if you remember, I was at ~143. So I’m close to the 10lb mark. 3ish lbs away?! EASY.

I eat weight goals for brunch. #justsayin’

I went into NY & Co to buy a couple of new skirts for my new job and client meetings and noticed they had a “buy one get one for $10″ (!!!) freaders, I’m back to a size 6. This is down from a size 10 that I was at like…this time last year. PROGRESS FTW!!!

Also makin’ me feel like a winner?

Finally, the other day Spark People listed the top 100 workout songs from the 90′s….I’m currently in the process of making my 90′s workout list (recently I’ve been on a big Girl Talk kick), What’s YOUR favorite 90′s workout tune?
