I’m two weeks out from seeing the hubs. Adjusted (short term) goal? 135 by 12/14. I can so do this. 14 days. That’s like…5 more runs, 4 more strength workouts, and 3 swims. Yes I said swimming. I’ve taken it up
I AM SO CLOSE TO BEING BACK WITH MY LOVE! /end over excitement. 14 days though technically 13.5 because this time in 14 days he’ll be at his last night in the barracks and I’ll be in my hotel room.

Run and have fun at the GOTR 5k at AACC. Consider leaving the garmin at home.
Register for TWO classes (more on that later) at AACC for the winter/spring (not weight loss related but a goal no less)
Swim two days. We have a pool in town that’s $6 a pop which is pretty reasonable and beats a gym membership. (1 of 2) today I went and swam for 30 minutes – finished about 800m or so.
Find my gym key card so I can go workout.
Run 1 more day 3-5 miles. Maybe Saturday after work or Monday AM.
Try not to die from working nearly 60 hours this week. Then this weekend is the last weekend off before I go to OK – 7 straight days of working then an early flight and I will be back with my love. So. Excited.
I’ve gotten so much better at eating better. Eating cleaner if you will and cutting out a lot of the carbs (except that flat bread pizza from trader joes I inhaled tonight). I’m trying to be more creative (thus foodie friday
) with my eating also and of course, better portion sizes.
That being said, no one is perfect. Says the girl who had a cookies and cream milkshake from Fuddruckers today at lunch. I don’t regret it though which key about food – I eat what I want….everything in moderation. Right?
