Hubs has been gone for 4 weeks.
In that four weeks I have:
*Begun to get over my driving anxiety. It had to happen. I still get nervous but I’m getting better!
*Written him every day since we last spoke on the phone which was about 2 1/2 weeks ago.
*Lost a whopping 7 lbs or so (exact number to be determined on this weeks weigh in)
*PR’ed in a 10k race
*Won a 3 month gym membership!
*Become a morning workout person..ish.
So this week, I’m getting ready to go to Vermont this weekend, I need to get in a good 8-10 mile run while up there (brr!), and I need to fit in 2 runs and at least one strength workout. So…here’s my workout schedule for the week.
Mon – REST (maybe yoga? Maybe??)
Tues - run 3 miles (AM!)
Wed - strength
Thur – run speed workout (30-35 min tempo)
Fri - Off
Sat – run in VT, we’ll say 9 miles
Sun – rest
Mon – 3 miles in VT
Am super excited to go up to Vermont this weekend and I’m supposed to grab happy hour with my old roommate and his wifey! Haven’t seen them in FOREVER (note to self, buy their wedding gift so I can give it to them in person!).
Huzzah for a week that goes by quickly. I’m at about 45 days til I see the husband so here’s to keeping busy!
