Whenever I'm feeling unmotivated, I enroll in a class. Like, for the month of June I decided to take a beginners yoga class at the local community college. I'm definitely not a beginner, but the class was cheap and was a way to hold myself accountable by getting back to basics. I had to go to the class every day Monday - Thursday and was only allowed 2 absences. So, I had to go or else I'd fail the class. It totally worked! Now, I'm more excited about going to yoga because my body go so used to it that when I don't go, my body begins to crave it.

I'm impressed! Your goals are way tougher than mine, but the "workout date" idea is genius. I work from home and never thought it would ruin my exercise routine, but it has! I've been home all day already and don't want to change out of what I've been wearing, work out, shower, etc. Such a pain. I want to get out and walk/run at least 3 times per week and do some form of yoga or non-running cardio 4 times per week. Good luck!

Good luck! My motivation to work out these days is in the crapper because I cancelled my gym membership and we are moving in a few weeks. I can't wait to join a gym again and get back on the working out bandwagon!!
