The yoga class itself, and you’ll understand if you click through, was incredibly basic. The instructor was a certified yoga instructor but also in sales so I felt more than anything that she was trying to sell us gym memberships which was incredibly off-putting. I had hoped that more people would be able to come, since I’m still reaching out to some CT bloggers, but it was 5pm on a Friday so the timing wasn’t so great but the class was still good – I’m loving yoga in all forms (especially power yoga and restorative yoga!) So thanks Dove for the yoga class!
