This past week, I walked one night on the treadmill – Monday night during Gossip Girl – I walked at a 4.0 pace with an 8.0 incline and then during the commercials I mixed it up between crunches and push ups. It felt nice to be active and work up a sweat again – total time? 1 hour.

After that, we kept getting home too late. Tuesday Hubs started his new job so there was a lot of driving around looking at new apartments, though I did eat much better, it helped that we didn’t eat out much (usually lunch only), I’d have a bagel in the AM at home (I know, those aren’t exactly super healthy either), I had cosi a couple days for lunch and then we’d eat dinner when we got back to his parents house. By that time it was usually 8-9pm so I wasn’t exactly super up for working out.

Tomorrow however, I am totally starting the 30 day shred again. I want to find a good yoga video since after we move, it’ll probably be a while before we join a gym, so combined with long walks/runs with the pup, shredding and yoga, I won’t need to join one. If anyone has any good yoga videos? Do share!

This week? I’m meeting up with a pal Tuesday, I’m working two nights, two alumni events and a going away party. I’m planning on running with the pup, hitting up a couple afternoon/AM yoga classes if I can and eating in (to take away from the fact that I’ll likely be drinking a lot Friday/Saturday) and starting the shred tomorrow AM. After Puppy’s run.

Also, am looking to register for another Marathon in the first half of 2010 and am hoping to run NYC next fall, anyone have any good suggestions for early 2010 races???

Seriously, I have all this free time, might as well make use of it. Right?
