Maybe I should make Monday wants a Wednesday thing. I’m a big old sucker for alliteration, so I think that’s what it’ll be.
Hubs is might be taking me on a little trip to the outlets this weekend and even though I know I shouldn’t…. I’ve begged him to take me this weekend since I’m giving up shopping for an entire. Month.
What am I on the prowl for (in general…not just at the outlets)….

New cords. I haven’t worn cords in years but i’ve heard awesome reviews of the JCrew cords [JCrew]
New boots. I threw out my black Eff me boots at the end of college since they were cheap, from Payless but had done me well over the five years. These babies, I’ve heard good things about, they’re not $300, and from Target. [Target]
I like to want things. It really just comes down to that.
In other news, I think i FINALLY got rid of my shift tomorrow at PT job – one of our groomsmen is heading back to Japan for another year – he came back for our wedding after we hadn’t seen him for two years. We’ll be heading to CT tomorrow AM, Friday I’m taking a practice Praxis exam, and going for a run, while Adam has some meetings, then Saturday I’m popping over to the Waterbury campus of the school I’m trying to get into to talk to them. This weekend, I’ll finalize my essay, next week I’ll get together my recommendations and take the Praxis sometime in the next three weeks depending on how my practice test goes this weekend.
Am pretty sure I’m officially in freakout mode. Keep your fingers crossed for me getting in to grad school but also for my sanity.
