If the shoe fits…

…for as long as I can remember I’ve had an abundance of shoes. In fact, for a shower gift from one of my besties, I got this gem -

I like to do a lot of “wishful thinking” or “wishful” shopping. Window shopping if you will.

Whatevs, I just have champagne taste on a beer budget. S'all good. Someday? My closet will be vibrant and full of JCrew shoes. For now, I lust and shop for colorful shoes at Target...like these...

Want. Need. ASAP. (For some reason my recent obsession has been red shoes. I blame it on the fact that I don't have a pair I only have one pair, with ruffles. That I adore but aren't always good for everyday wear because they hurt mah feet. I think they'd be smashing. With just about anything.

    I think red shoes are a girl’s best friend. I believe I wear them every Monday, it somehow makes going back to work bearable. ;o)

    What am I not lusting over? Other than a new car, which is really bad for me to want, and a pink KitchenAid mixer, I really want a good pair of slouchy, flat brown boots that are suede and go to my calf. Why? I have no idea since I am petite and these things always end up making me look short and stumpy. Blah.

    I’m adding the Nine West red slingbacks to my list too. Gorg. This blog is going to be so bad for my Visa. :)

    I like to buy nice-quality shoes at a discount, so I go to DSW stores and also their website (if you’re a Rewards member, which is free, and spend over $35, you get free shipping). I bought a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes yesterday, originally $230, for $39!

    I have those Jcrew leopard shoe and LOVE them so. I scored big time and found them at a TJ Maxx … and I never find anythng at those discount stores. Happy day for me! :)

    I SAW that JCrew shoe this weekend and it’s fab, much like that shoe carousal. I mean seriously, that is AWESOME.
