Little black dress.
You see, the gals – the gals being my besties – are throwing me this fab bachelorette party in Boston in about two weeks. It’s going to involve lots of drinking, a hotel room with a pool that I’ll be sharing with the wonderful Liz. And of course, more drinking.
Since generally, my visits to Boston involve a helluva lot of tax-free shopping, this time I’ve gotta find something ELSE to do with my time. Of course, imbibing circa 2004/2005/2006 (take your pick) will be happening, but that’s a given.
The girls and I decided we’d all wear little black dresses (will mine be clad with a sash that says Bride to be? or whatever? Who knows!) but the only one I have…well. It’s less than flattering. It was almost three years ago when I bought it for Fiance and I’s first date but well, it’s not really bachelorette party material.
Given the events of last week, I can’t really go out and buy my dream dress (clocking in at a pricey $225)now can I?

Realistically, I’m looking more at the Forever 21 range -perhaps this one?

Of course there’s also this one I want for BlogHer. A girl can never have too many dresses right??? What does your favorite little black dress look like? Any suggestions I might have missed? Remember…I’m on a budget…a tight one at that.
