Happy Pink Saturday Ladies!
I am full on in the holiday spirit this year and as opposed to many years in my college days when Holidays meant shopping all over boston for perfect gifts, and spending tons of money I didn’t have and singing Christmas songs drunkenly at karaoke, this year, Christmas has taken more of a domestic vibe. I’ve been…baking a lot. It’s been holiday receptions with me sporting my green ruffle cardigan and my new red shoes (which by 8:30 thursday night were NOT happy let me tell you), and our second annual holiday party which was AMAZING and had twice as many people as last year with much more of a holiday vibe (and I didn’t fall asleep this year either!) So the holidays I guess….are a more grown up version of the holidays – bigger and better if you will. So this week for Pink saturday I found a couple beautiful pictures of pink christmas decoratons! Our tree is suffering from mini tree syndrome – by which for the past two years we’ve gotten 3′ trees this year we got a much fuller, 5′ tree and our decorations and garlands barely cover it. It’s cute no less but it goes to show we need more decorations if we’re going to keep up the big tree tradition.
