My pink saturday post is a bit…belated. It’s my fault really. Generally, if I’m partcipating in Pink Saturday over at How Sweet The Sound, I post first thing Saturday morning, or Saturday afternoon as has recently been the case as Fiance and I have had our Pre-Cana classes in the morning and haven’t been getting back till mid afternoon. Sometimes, if I have time, I’ll write it and schedule it Friday afternoon if I know I’ll be busy Saturday. Unfortunately, my friday was kind of busy, well…I say kind of like I was doing actual work but I was more working on NaNoWriMo and looking for inspiration from the archives. I also thought I wouldn’t be gone all afternoon saturday, we had some errands to run that took us about an hour and a half longer than they should have.
So this week’s pink saturday is a bit late and I apologize for that, additionally, my google reader is out of control, I’m about 4,000 (possibly closer to 5,000) words behind in Nano, and yesterday, I didn’t sit down at home between 7:45a and 5:15p. Even then, I sat down, watched tivo’ed Lipstick Jungle, made a four layer dip and then went over to my pal Liz‘s house for a lil gals night in with her, Magda, and Lexi. It was a great night but after a late night Tuesday, Thursday and Friday also, I was beyond exhausted and surprised that I made it as late as I did.
So here’s a short, belated, pink saturday. Enjoy!
Old Navy Kitten Heels. The color, may not look pink but i assure it says they’re pale pink. The second ones, that look more pink are actually a dark red. I want these as my wedding shoes, i’m looking for a kitten heel, with a bow. Unfortunately, dream shoes, that costs $10 don’t come in either navy or green (the wedding colors). I’m a lil peeved but what are you going to do. I have till probably February to find my dream shoes. [OldNavy.com]
Alas, the dream shoes will have to wait, sorry my pink post is rather…lame this week. We were out all day yesterday and cleaning all day today.
