Bring me some wine with that cheese

“You do realize that I’m going to have to buy this on dvd? Since you know, I have the first one. Annnnddd all four books”
“You mean blueray?”
“who says we’re going to have a blue ray player by christmas?”
“Cause I’m putting it on my list.”
“What list?”
“The list that i send to [address extracted] and the elves forward it on to Santa.”
[blank expression]

That was the exchange that Fiance and I just had about the impending release of *dun dun duunnn* The sisterhood of the travelling pants TWO which I don’t know about you all, but I? Am stoked. Mostly because I love cheesy movies and I love love LOVED the books.

Fiance stopped me in the middle of writing some long diatribe on “home” and how my home’s have evolved over the past few years to watch the preview. It’s the second or third one i’ve seen but the first I’ve seen on prime time teevee.

    can’t say i’ll be going to see this one. or that i’ve even seen the entire first one. or that i even knew they were based on a series of books.
    but i’m just happy to see Rory working again.

    I’ll totally go see it with you! I definitly called Steve, just this morning, at work, after seeing the preview on tv, to tell him that it opens in two weeks! I’m sure he’d love not having to go with me :)

    Oh my gosh– there may have been some audible squealing the first time I saw that they were making a second movie. Also, I canNOT delete the first one from the Tivo…it’s sort of a rule.

    I’m in. I only read books 1 & 2 and I enjoyed the first movie.

    Anyone else notice how the actors’ popularity have flip-flopped? Alexis and Amber are passe, America and Blake are on fire.
