Isn’t it a great feeling? By the way how is your marathon training going? Mine is non-existent. When I get back (20th) we really need to get together to run. Maybe along the Potomac or something since the metro has been such a pain lately. Let me know what you’re up for cause I’m committing myself as soon as I get back!

I think it sounds like you made a great decision! Extra money really isn’t all that great when it ends up that your life is exhausting because of working all the time.

And girl, I wouldn’t even waste my time with David’s Bridal. I’ve had several experiences going with friends to try on their wedding gowns and to do the bridesmaid dress thing, and it has never been pleasant. I have watched other brides break down in tears because of how they were treated. I totally think the way to go is to use the smaller bridal stores/boutiques. I think you’re always treated way better. I know that’s my plan whenever I get engaged.

I’ve never been to a David’s Bridal, but I do know that even if a store is not known to have great customer service, that doesn’t mean you won’t find your dress there!
