So despite the TiVO’s attempt to thwart my Gossip Girl/Hills Addiction, I found a way to NOT have to wait till SUNDAY night to watch this weeks episode thanks to THIS awesome awesome site. Granted it kind of crashed between part 1 and part 2 but I finished and went to the CW to find the previews for next week because really? I can’t live without the previews. I need to stop working Monday nights…it’s just bad news.

Gossip Girl
1. I was NOT expecting N and V to hook up. I kind of like them together but I looovveeedd the ending with B and D seeing them get into the car together. It’s always nice seeing those two bond because if nothing more than it makes B seem just a wee bit more compassionate.
I didn’t like Nate in the fall but I dunno, he’s kind of been growing on me since he’s been less of a Frat Boy Flop kind of guy and more “do what evs I want” type of dude. I mean that picture? Quite swoon worthy indeed.
2. Ok how CRAZY is this Georgina girl? Honestly? She’s pretty effed up. I don’t trust her. Like S, I probably wouldn’t trust her as far as I could throw her. What is this shit that she’s going to pull with Dan? Seriously…bitch don’t mess around!
3. Oh Chuck Bass…..*swoon* He plays the “protective” big step brother quite well. I’d be damn lucky if my step brothers were half as cool as he is but unfortunately I got a couple of nerdy younger ones. Oh well. Does anyone else still want to see Blair and Chuck get together for good? I mean COME ON!!!! Though I would HATE to see them get into a fight given their matching vindictive, manipulative, Get-whatever-I-want personalities…
All in all? Great episode! I can’t wait for next week when a. We find out that Serena Has a Sex tape?! *gasp!* and b. find out who’s gay (i suspect Eric – Serena’s lil bro).
Finally…The Hills…

Needs to grow a pair and not let Speidi control her, Audrina needs to not be dating Justin-Bobby *AGAIN!!!* and Lo needs to…in the words of Katelin “needs to stop being a lapdog” (nice domain btw!!!) and Stephen…is just pretty. Very very California-esque pretty. Tell me Cali gals…I know I have my own man who is quite pretty also…but just to curb my curiosity…are all Cali Boys as pretty as Stephen Colletti??? *swoon*

Gossip Girl = amazing and crazy addictive. I LOVED the moment with D and S “bonding” over the awkwardness of seeing N and V together.
The Hills is driving me crazy. I hate that they try to pretend the girls aren’t who they are: like that they can afford to live in that beautiful house while Lauren is a student slash intern, instead of showing that Lauren is actually a fashion designer with her own line that showed during LA fashion week while she was supposedly interning at People’s Revolution. Gah!

But as for AI it pisses me off that audrina got all sensative over them just asking what was up with justin bobby! I mean lauren was just like “backup, what’s goin on there.” Not like STOP HE CAN”T COME HERE!

Ok, I totally didn’t like the Nate & Vanessa thing, but that could be cause I’m biased since I’ve read the books. And Georgina? WTF? Can’t believe she calls herself a friend to S and spikes her drinks AND makes her miss the SATs! Selfish, CRIMINAL, and totally untrustworthy.
The Hills: I agree that LC & Lo were being kinda weird around Audrina, wtf? LC and Audrina were so close before! And I love that Heidi keeps going on about how her and Audrina used to be “SUCH good friends” when she was the one who stopped talking to her b/c she was mad at her about Spencer in season 2. WTF beyotch! lol And Justin Bobby has to stop. He’s so nasty – at least date a guy who SHOWERS! Standards, people, they’re called standards.
I vote for Stephen. He’s so clean cut and normal, compared to the other guys. I wish they’d get together! In Season 1 laguna I was totally Team LC.
I’ve never seen Gossip Girl, but I’m getting ready to watch The Hills now. Yes, I know…at work!

My reactions to Gossip Girl:
I never predicted the N and V thing, but I really like it! He’s redeeming himself a lot this season, first helping Jenny and now this. I also like went B and Dan bond–it shows a compassion on both their sides–coming together for their mutual friend. It’s cute. I think it’s crappy what she did to the one smart girl, but it’s B and she’ll never really change. Additionally, I think SHE’S going to be the one that comes out of the closet, actually. Maybe since she saw N with V she wants attention of her own. Who knows. As for Chuck–he’s so wicked and so good. I like him.
I AM upset about this Georgina/Serena thing. Of all things, I adore her relationship with Dan. I don’t want this to tear it apart. Can’t she just tell Dan what’s going on? Ugh. Oh, and it’s a sex tape? I had no idea!
A sex tape? Is that the big secret… hmm. I’m gonna be on a cruise next week so I’m gonna have to catch up the next week.
Aw the Hills, the Hills. I vote that Lauren and Stephen were the best couple together. And no not all boys are as pretty as Stephen in California, haha. I’d say they’re a bit more scruffy like Brody and not nearly as bad as Jason, haha.
And I totally agree about Stephanie needing to grow a pair, seriously everyone walks all over her and Justin Bobby really needs to get the boot. Come on Audrina, you are way better than that.
