Sooo the Mac got shipped out at 11:30am China Time (so 11:30 last night). Wahoo!
However, this means that as of 5pm Eastern Time, I will no long accept names and tomorrow morning by noon will open up the polls to my final 3-5 choices. Don’t worry, i’m tracking who suggests what
I’m going to make a speadsheet while i eat lunch so i can sort through them better and pick the ones i like
So go suggest a name if you haven’t already here!
HOPEFULLY, said mac will be in my hands by Friday so i can play with it over the weekend even though this weekend? Is Gold Cup!!! Now if you don’t know what Gold Cup is…it’s watching horses. In nice clothes. Drinking cheap beer. In Virginia. Though watching horses is optional. Any bloggy pals in the DC area going? Let’s have a drink together!
NU is having a tent on University Row but it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper (by like $75) for boyfriend and I to get our tickets from the CT Society which he’s a member of. Needless to say, I will not be partying NU style in a tent shared with the likes of University of Michigan among a couple others. I’ll stop by to say hello to my alumni pals but $100/ticket? No thanks. I’ll get my all day booze elsewhere.
Thank you to EVERYONE for all your suggestions about my budgeting woes, I have a few great leads on where/how to set up budgets so I’m going to look into them all and report back with the best options
Finally, in case you didn’t know, it’s National Cubicle Day!!! Yay for being a cube monkey!!!
Expect more this afternoon my fight with TiVO, The Hills and my crush on Stephen Colletti, and why I had to watch Gossip Girl at work (goes with my fight with TiVO). Happy Cubicle Day everyone!!!
