And I have a Master's Degree. Only way to move up pay scale is to take expense classes. I work with really lazy, stupid people. High stress. Poop. Lots of smelly poop. In diapers. That I have to change. Pros -- Helping little kids learn to talk is awesome. Hugs and kisses every single day. I have a great principal and friends at my building. Playing on the playground when it's beautiful outside! Cons –
Low pay. And I have a Master’s Degree.

Pros –
