[Insert sad face here]

by Heidi on March 19, 2008

I just posted my boots on Craigslist to sell them. If they don’t sell in a couple days I’ll put them on ebay. I’m sad, i looked high and low for those boots and then…they didn’t zip up my freakin’ calves. No amount of elliptical workouts could help me, not that I’ve been on an elliptical at all this month…

but anyhow for those of you in DC or even if you’re not but want to buy a pair of never before worn boots – seriously…the leather still smells new  – check them out here

However to make up for it, I splurged and bought myself two pairs of flip flops last weekend at Old Navy for $5. Huge splurge I know but I love love love flip flops and my brown ones from last year are nearly dead so I *NEEDED* a new pair ;)

Awww, that’s sad. Can I just say that I totally relate? My calves are way too big for standard boots and thus I had to resort to ordering mine from a custom boot place in England, despite the heinous exchange rate. Luckily the price in pounds was extremely reasonable.

Those boots are cute, however I wear an 8 otherwise I would have taken them……..good luck on the sale.

Flips flops are amazing. They satisfy our shoe cravings, but don’t break the bank. Any shoe under $10 is ok to splurge on in my book.

I wish wish wish I had smaller feet! I, too, am super excited for flip-flop season. I got a pedicure this weekend, in anticipation, in fact :)
